Tim is a fixed income portfolio manager specializing in short-duration investing, including money market, enhanced cash, LIBOR, and short-term bond portfolios. He is chair of the firm’s Short Duration Strategy Group and is a member of the Error Resolution Council and the Financial Reserves Management Team.

Biography	Dyslin is an associate senior securities analyst with Principal Mutual Life, his employer since 1991. As a portfolio manager, Dyslin manages market fundamentals to provide total-return value at a specified risk. He is a member of the Iowa Society of Financial Analysts, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and a fellow of the Life Management Institute. Dyslin earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1994.

Biography	Michael J. Bacevich, Managing Director and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager of Wellington Management. As a bank loan portfolio manager, Mike's primary focus is managing Wellington Management's subadvised bank loan mutual funds. He is also a member of the High Yield Strategy Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mike was a managing director and senior bank loan portfolio manager for Hartford Investment Management, where he managed the firm's mutual fund, insurance, and institutional loan assets (2004 —2012). He began his bank loan career in 1988 working for several banks and investment firms before joining Hartford Investment Management. Mike earned his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago (1988) and his BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1981).

Biography	Robert Crusha, CFA – Robert is a Senior Vice President and a Senior Portfolio Manager on HIMCO’s Multi-Sector Portfolio Management Team where he is responsible for the management of short to intermediate duration multi-sector portfolios. He also has responsibility for the management of liquidity pools, enhanced cash portfolios, LIBOR and limited duration portfolios. Robert earned his BS in Applied Economics with Geography from the University of Plymouth, England and his MBA from the University of Hartford. He is also a CFA charter holder.

Biography	Connolly is the vice president of HIMCO and has served as portfolio manager of the fund since its inception on November 1, 2002. Connolly joined HIMCO in 1993 and has been an investment professional involved in portfolio risk analysis and portfolio management since 1994.
