Cindy earned a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from Boston University. She is a member of the Boston Municipal Analysts Forum, the CFA Society of Boston, the Municipal Bond Buyer Conference and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Biography	Thomas M. Metzold, been the manager of BMR since 1995. Metzold became a vice president and portfolio manager at Eaton Vance Management in July 1991 after joining the company four years earlier as an investment analyst. He also spent four years as a financial analyst with General Electric. Metzold holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Association for Investment Management and Research, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the Boston Municipal Analysts Forum.
