GLOBAL MARKETS
Asian stocks and Wall Street futures inched higher on
Tuesday as some investors held out hope that Britain still
had a chance to avoid a messy exit from the European Union
at key negotiations this week MKTS/GLOB
WORLD OIL PRICES
U.S. oil CLc1 may break a support at $52.80 per barrel and
fall towards the next support at $51.86, as suggested by its
wave pattern and a retracement analysis.

SOUTH AFRICA MARKETS
The South African rand on Monday retreated from a three-week
high it hit in the previous session, as a lack of clarity on
U.S.-China trade relations pushed investors back to safe
havens and hurt risk appetite. MARKETS
The Kenyan shilling KES= was stable against the dollar on
Monday with inflows from offshore investors buying
government debt and tightening liquidity in the local money
market helping meet dollar demand from merchandise
importers, traders said. AFRICAN ECONOMY
Sub-Saharan Africa's economy will accelerate going into next
year but could be derailed as the world moves onto an
uncertain path that could bring an end to the recent
synchronised uptrend, a Reuters poll showed on
Monday. DIAMONDS
Zimbabwe expects to increase diamond production to 11
million carats by 2023 from 3.2 million carats last year,
the mines minister said on Monday, part of an ambitious plan
to raise mining output and earn the country $12 billion a
year. COAST COCOA
Unusually heavy rain last week in most of Ivory Coast's main
cocoa growing regions has disturbed the development of the
October-to-March main crop and disease is spreading in some
